Dear Jean:

Now that Ann’s big day is behind us and I have a chance to catch my breath, one of the absolutely most important things on my To Do List is to send this e-mail to you.

Jean, in all my wildest dreams I never imagined my daughter’s wedding day to be so spectacular! And this was due in very large part to True Cuisine Catering. I felt chemistry with you from the very first time we met. Your experience in the catering arena was so very obvious…even to the point of handling distressed brides-to-be, while at the same times recognizing the mother-of-bride’s role in the planning process. Every meeting, every phone call, and every e-mail you and your staff made us feel as if we were your only clients. We relied on your expertise and were never, ever disappointed.

I just can’t tell you how wonderful it was to see you on June 3rd…what a wonderful surprise! And to know that Susan also stopped by to assure things were going smoothly. Your bartenders were delightful! Erin was everywhere! The tables were beautiful! The wait staff was incredibly accommodating! And, of course the meal was some of the best food our guests have ever eaten… and that is a comment we heard over, and over, and over again!

We only have one more opportunity to duplicate an event like this with you at the helm… our son’s wedding. And any influence we have over venue and catering will, without a doubt, be directed your way!

I simply can’t praise True Cuisine enough… there just aren’t enough adjectives. And to anyone else reading this letter thinking I’ve gone over the top… I haven’t. I have never been to an event that has run so smoothly with such excellent food before, I am so pleased that is was my event!!!!!!!

My best to each and every one involved in making June 3rd so very wonderful for my daughter!
