Chefs

Executive Chef Bob Maeder
Executive Chef Bob has been with True Cuisine since 2001. He helped open the Rio Hotel Las Vegas in 1990, served as personal chef to the Blue Man Group cast party at the Luxor with special guest André Agassi, opened the Luxor in 1993 and was the executive chef at MAXIM's Nancy Goldberg Center. He specializes in from scratch preparation and seafood.

Pastry Chef Greg Glowinenke
Chef Greg began baking at True Cuisine in 2002. The lasting impression of every True Cuisine menu lies in the small details added by Chef Greg, from our Signature Cookies to our chic Chocolate Hazelnut Torte.

Sous Chef Annie Cooper
Chef Annie works circles around the kitchen. Her on-site experience and improvisational skills ensure that no crinkles occur for any of our guests.  Chef Annie has been with True Cuisine since being hired as a dishwasher over twelve years ago.

Utility Man/Porter Dustin Schmedeke
Dustin is the friendly face of True Cuisine. With timeliness and a smile, Dustin enjoys his daily routes forming longstanding relationships with our recurring clients. Dustin also has a passion for cookery and takes pleasure in learning while in the kitchen.
